The V4 Kettlebells are formed via Gravity Casting to provide a more consistent product by re-using the same precision casted molds for each kettlebell. The gravity casting process yields an excellent finish without the need for bonding putty or grinding which typical sand cast kettlebells require. This allows each of our V4 Kettlebells to have a very similar finish and feel across multiple production runs, as opposed to sand cast kettlebells which require new molds every 100-150 units produced.
